We do our best to respond to all inquiries within 24-48 hours. If you do not hear back from us, please contact us again as technology sometimes fails us from time to time.

If you are interested in enrolling your child in our program, please download and fill out our Intake Information Form and Privacy Practices. They are available below.

The Privacy Practices document goes over our policies with respect to how we manage your child's personal information. Please read it, print out the LAST page, sign it, and scan it (if possible).

The Intake Information Form is availabe as both an Excel document (to be filled in electronically) and as a .pdf document (to be filled out by hand). They are exactly the same; however, we prefer you to use the Excel document.

When you have the electronic versions of the Privacy Practices and the Intake Information Form completed, please e-mail them to info@ababears.com.
